Great modern and airy unit with a comfortable bed, amiable staff. Fast check-in, excellent location short walk to a very nice restaurant, Poppies, nearby, the tbed and lake Tekapo, mt cook, mt Aoraki and Mt john observatory of Canterbury.

Wi-Fi was very limited.

All the staff was really friendly, settled my issues. The rooms were functional and generous sized, had electric blankets. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were nice. The check in was fast and the atmosphere was special throughout the hotel.

We recently stayed at a charming motel in a beautiful town. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. Despite being an older motel, it had all the necessary amenities, including heating and wifi. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. We also found a delightful restaurant just a block away. we had a pleasing and comfortable stay.

Excellent facilities and all what you would expect in a good city apartment, but located in a lazy little town. Super value for money.

Extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained units with nice water pressure, fridge, for instance. Nice decoration. Magnificent and perfect location, to a grassed area. Also - short walk to shops and the Pub, Close to restaurant, and the lakes and Mt Cook National Park.

We had a great stay at Lakes Motel! The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely big bath. It was the perfect base for exploring Mount Cook glacier and the surrounding areas. The free parking outside the motel was convenient, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The jacuzzi bath was a tempting feature, although we didn't have time to try it. a really nice place to be.

The food was nice with a lot of alternatives. The room was both beautifully maintained and functional. It was based in very comfortable building in a good and ideal location, on what to do in the McKenzie area.
